6. Customer Agreements.

With respect to any SaaS Agreement, Customer agrees that, except as otherwise set forth in the SaaS Agreement:

Customer agrees to provide any notices and obtain any consent related to Equate Education’s use of the data for provisioning the Service under the SaaS Agreement, including those related to the collection, use, processing, transfer and disclosure of Personal Data of any Candidate or User.
Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and retains ownership of all of Customer Data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here [https://www.equate-ed.net/privacypolicy] and we will change the "Last Updated" date above.
